    Hi

If your watch and iPhone are unpaired, but the normal process isn't working:

    • Wear Apple Watch on your wrist and choose a language.
    • Tap on Start Pairing on both devices (on your iPhone, do this within the Apple Watch app).
    • Tap Pair Apple Watch Manually on your iPhone.
    • Tap the info icon "i" on your Apple Watch (which will be shown now). Your device's name should be displayed on the watch face.
    • On your iPhone, tap the device name matching that shown on your Apple Watch face.
    • A six-digit code will be displayed on your Apple Watch. Enter that code on your iPhone to pair the two devices.
    • Then follow the steps as prompted to Set Up: Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support

I have followed this but when I get to your sixth step, my iwatch doesn't give me a six-digit code.

    Any suggestions?

Tap on your iPhone when it shows the device name (which includes a five-digit code) on your watch:

Your watch will then display a six-digit code, which you next need to enter on your iPhone:
