in FireFox, when click "sales and trends", go to https://reportingitc2.apple.com/, but it is a blank page. refresh, cleared cookies, nothing work.
On Safari that pages states: Your Sales and Trend data is still being prepared
Then it says: Try Again Later
Or Contact Apple via iTunes Connect.
