Trouble organizing podcast after downloading

Hello,

I am using iTunes 12.2.2.25 64-bit with Windows 7. A podcast that I watch had four episodes not availible through the iTunes store so I went and downloaded from TWiT. iTunes created a new folder for the four episodes. I went in, right clicked on one, changed the author, podcast and genre tabs to match the existing episodes, but they do not add to the same folder. They are mp4 files as it is a video podcast. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I am doing wrong?
