iPhone 6 got frozen

dear Guys,


I just purchase a new iPhone 6, which it comes with iOS 8.2.

I do decided to update the SW in order to restore the backup of my previous iPhone 5s.


just started to install the SW the phone got stack and and alarm appears in iTunes saying that it could not be possible to install the SW.

tried once again, iTunes put me to Restore and Update, but the phone still crashing.

now the phone it got frozen with the image of "connect to iTunes" and there is no way to turn it of

what shall I do to solve this issue?

Hello Gaudio88,
Sorry to hear that you are having issues with updating your iPhone, especially after you just got it. You should be able to restart your iPhone and put it into recovery mode. Once you do that you can use iTunes to restore it. After that you can put your backup on after the restore completes. For more information, take a look at the article below.
