Turning Off Grayscale

How do you turn off grayscale on OS X Yosemite 10.10.5?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Late 2011), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

The Generic PCL driver included with OS X will print in grayscale. To check what driver you are using, open Printers & Scanner and select the printer. Then in the right panel you will see an entry labelled Kind. This will show what printer driver you are using for this printer.

Grey scale, on your display?

If that is the case, then check the Accessibility preference pane. There is a checkbox for greyscale. Just uncheck it.

check printer settings in System Prefs> Printers and Scanners

I do not see an option to uncheck grayscale. In fact, I can't find anything that says grayscale.
