How can I update Logic Pro X 10.1.1 to 10.2?
I have Logic Pro X 10.1.1. Can this be updated to version 10.2?

Yes.. Via the Mac App Store app > Update tab.....
If the update is not there then....
Make sure you are signed into the Mac App Store using the same Apple ID you used to purchase LPX originally...
Also make sure the LPX app is located in your Applications folder on your system drive... and not anywhere else...
Finally, make sure the app is named Logic Pro X and not anything else....
