iTunes does not find my iPhone since I downloaded windows10

Last weekend I downloaded the new windows10. Today I tried to connect my iPhone with iTunes to synchronize my music, but it won't work... (iTunes does not find my iPhone)

I suppose it is because of the new windows10 I installed some days ago. Does anybody knows what to do? Should I wait for a next iTunes ubgrade ?
