It doesn't let me complete my pre-order of an album, what can I do? (I have enough money on my card to get billed)

So I wanted to pre order an album but at the time I didn't have enough money on my bank account to complete the Apple ID thing, so it got stuck. Now, I have money again on my account and I validated the Apple ID with no problem but when I go back to the Album it doesn't let me tap on the price and next to it, it says "Complete my pre order" but it doesn't let me do anything else.

What can I do to know that the pre order went through?
