Sync Server Failed to sync to iPhone

Tired of HOURS on the phone with Apple about this problem.

I'm using a PC, Windows 8.1. I have synced and backed up directly to my PC since the 1st iPhone with no issues. I do not use the iCloud and really don't want to.

I have an iphone 6 up to date, iTunes is up to date and about 3 weeks ago it just stopped syncing. There were Windows updates, Office updates and Apple updates earlier this month.

The Apple support had me switch everything to the iCloud and between Outlook, iCloud and the iPhone, still didn't work.

Looking for someone to help because if I have to spend 1 more minute on the phone with Apple or Microsoft, my head will blow up.
