I have four iphones and two ipads in my home. I can see all but one of them on find my iPhone. One of my daughters does not use my apple id, she has her own. How do it add her to my find my iPhone app so that I can see her device?

You can't, unless she changes her ID to yours.
If what you're trying to do is keep track of here, you might consider using Find My Friends. It's Apple's app designed for tracking (gee, that sounds awful) friends and family.
