Basically the percentage shown for battery changes. Like it might be 20% but when i turn my phone on it will be 25% eventhough I haven't charged it. Plus 1% lasts an hour.
what shall i do? Shal i get it checked out?

Charge the iPhone completely, note the time at which the charging was completed. Use it for a day and not, periodically, what the charge is. See how it behaves over a normal day of use. Then you can tell if it is actually behaving correctly or not and decide on the need to have an Apple store genius bar tech check it.
