I have 2 iCloud accounts can I log into my old one from a different iPhone?

Hey so I'm wondering I live in England now where I purchased, my new phone as my older one,

from canada is is not in service does not work, but I'm able to log into my older icloud on my new iPhone..

is it possible to relocate images from my previous phone on my new one today, through Icloud?

You can log into any iCloud with any iDevice(provided you have the login details) by simply doing the following:

Go to "Settings"

Scroll down and tap on "iCloud"

At the very bottom of the iCloud settings is a "Sign out" button. Tap that button.

Then sign in with the iCloud account that you wish to sign in with.
