So i smashed my LCD when i flickshotted and my mouse hit my ipod, am i able to get it replaced? And if i do get it replaced does it come with the headphones as well?

wait umm i also have one more question, if say i wanted and ipod with 32 gigs and i broke my 16 gig one, will i be able to pay 149 to get a higher gigged one?
