black screen on iphone5 but siri works
so my screen is black and non responsive to any buttons even after is tried restarting it. but surprisinglly siri works. please help.

If you're seeing a completely black screen on your iPhone but you do hear the audio, then please follow through the steps outlined below.
If you see a solid color screen (black, white, or blue)
- Plug in your device to a power source. If you see the low-battery screen when you plug in, let your device charge for at least 10 minutes (20 minutes for iPad) before using it.
- Force restart your device while it's plugged in.
- If this doesn't work, restore your device.
- If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.
