Q: Can't hear anyone on my phone 6+

The ringer works, the vibrate works. Everything else works.

But when someone calls me, I hear nothing. When I ask Siri, she hears me but I hear nothing.

Kind of makes a phone mostly worthless.

Also, I tried to make a Genius Bar appt and I cannot find the link to do it. They just direct you their helpline. Ideas?

If I understand correctly, there's an issue hearing Siri and callers with your iPhone 6 Plus. The article below describes a similar issue and provides troubleshooting tips that will most likely resolve the issue with your iPhone.
