Move video from Cloud to IPAD

I purchased many movies over the past few years for my IPad. Now, these movies have all been automatically transferred to the Cloud. As a result, I can't access moves when on a flight and the IPad is turned to the Airplane Mode. How do I transfer a video from the Cloud back to my IPad internal storage?
