Restore deleted purchased music videos

I Deleted some music videos on my 5s and I recently upgraded to the 6. I am trying to re add those back to my iCloud library so they can be on all 3 of my apple devices. I have gone to the iTunes store to re download the purchased videos but they don't show up. Also on my PC when I try to re add them to my iCloud library,they will not download but I can still watch them in iTunes(They're still on my PC) please help me!!!!
