Error API 500

Hi Pinky . My name is Marshall . When I reply to someone on Kijiji I get API500 ( Error ). How can I fix this .... can you PLEASE help me out .....

If you are seeing this error within an iPhone app:

- Return to your Home screen on your iPhone.

- Find the icon for the app.

- Tap and hold the icon until it jiggles.

- Tap the "x" in the upper corner of the app.

- Confirm when prompted to delete the app and its data.

- You can also restart your iPhone at this stage if you wish.

- Reinstall the app from the App Store.
