how do i flip an object in keynote?

I'm trying to make a presentation in Keynote but I need to flip an object. i have tried using the Help but it says "click on the object, select the paintbrush, select arrange then click on flip" but when I do this i cant see any option to flip in arrange. Can anyone help me?
