What App is recommended to block unknown calls/texts?

I am aware of and use the call block setting built into my IPhone 5c currently. My problem is I am getting unknown calls and texts that I want to stop. Ideally I'd like the App to be free and to make the caller identify themselves or the call never rings on my end. As far as texts, yes I can see a 5 digit number and can Reply Stop (in some cases) or block that sender. Honestly tho I am very OCD and I just want to install an App that will cease them wholly instead of me doing it individually. An App that would also identify any number, unknown or blocked, that is not in my contacts would be Heaven. Please help me enjoy my IPhone again instead of sighing at every text and call before I look to see who it is!
