My iphone 6 plus can not connect with wifi net. The wifi block in my iphone is gray and you can not touch it to turn on. Even the iphone can not turn on when you shut off the screen or sleep itself. At this time, you can not receive any calls or messages. My iphone bought on Jan 9th 2015. The after-sales don't repair my iphone because there is a small small small(3mm*4mm) pit on appearance. What should I do.

Hi! Reset your network settings.

Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings

Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Press and hold on the Home button
Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.
