Apple store registration without credit card in Macbook pro having yosemite

Thanks for answering my previous post.
I am registering on Apple store in Macbook Pro having Yosemite 10.10.5 but I am not to register without adding credit card, there should be option to register without disclosing payment details.
please help me out.
MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4), Newly purchased 1 week ago.
