Maps question

CAn someone please help me understand how to read the maps history? attached is a pic, on the 5th row it gives an address and underneath it it shows from FTD flowers? i would like to know what that means. Did this company call and now its showing up on maps or did i call and its showing up on maps or an email. Please help me understand..it didnt let me attach photo.
