MDM Restrictions Profile (iOS 9 changes)

Greetings,

2015 MDM Protocol reference recently released specifies changes regarding Restriction Profile options deprecated for unsupervised devices. For example allowSafari is deprecated on unsupervised devices.

Can anyone confirm when these take effect? For example iOS 9 release or a new Mac Server release or a specific date?
