So I'm thinking if it's usb cable problem or my ipad so I've tried other devices and cable but still the issue is replicated, Also, I tried connecting my devices on my Mac Mini 2012 and there's no problem connecting to it.

Here's the log of my Mac Mini 2012

so I tried my brother's cable and it works without an error and plugged in my cable and the issue is appearing again; however, after plugging in my cable in my Mac Mini the problem can't be replicated. Sometimes it works but "unknown usb device" message still exist so I'm still confuse if it's a hardware or software issue or (iPad) issue.
