I think i'm being hacked!

I'm not sure if my computer is being hacked. I have an icon that popped up at the bottom, next to the icons. Can someone please explain what this is! Thanks!!!User uploaded fileUser uploaded file

This icon is NOT a sign for being hacked. This is the Console application. If you want to stop it just close it!
