how to combine my itunes with icloud account
I have credit on my Itunes account and wish to pay for my Itunes match, is this possible

You can use your balance, but you also need to have a payment method on your account when subscribing : Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support
5. You might be asked to validate your billing information. After you add a valid payment method, click Subscribe. You can use store credit to pay for your iTunes Match subscription, but you must have a valid payment method on file at the time of sign up.
