apple tv can't connect to the server at this time. please try later

Hello,

I bought two weeks ago Apple Tv.

I turn on the product is initializing

And it stuck on stage -

"Activation - Failed"

Internet connection works

I tried and also a direct connection and Wifi Connection.

I did reset all the settings and it still does the same problem!!!

Please help,

Assuming this is not the first time you have used your Apple TV

You might try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Also try restarting the router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
If the problem persists, try a restore, you may want to try the previous procedures several times before doing this.
If restoring from the Apple TV doesn't help, try restoring from iTunes using a USB cable.

If this is a new Apple TV, in addition to trying the above, it may also be that your network router is not allowing access to the timeserver, check that your router allows access over port 123.

You might also try connecting to a different network and then trying again on your own, you might try at a friends or use the wifi hotspot on your mobile phone if you have one.

i do all this.

And still not working.

It will not let me do Restore. It's registered to me the same error.

I connect the Apple TV with the USB But the computer does not recognize it.

I connect it to the Internet already connected to Apple TV that works. so it ont the WIFI

If your Apple TV fails to restore through iTunes……..

Check that you have correctly followed the instructions for your model of Apple TV.
If not already, try using a powered USB port.
Repeat the process but this time try connecting the cable while iTunes is closed.
Repeat the process with another cable.
Try restoring the Apple TV on another computer in another location.
