We are all fellow users and not Apple employees so cannot speak to what Apple will do in the future.
Currently, there is no Apple presence in Iran.

I'll bet that if your Parliament accepts the nuclear deal next month and the sanctions are lifted, Iran is going to be colonized by Apple pretty quickly! 😉

Maybe, but there are still a number of impediments to doing business there that have nothing to do with the sanctions.
That's true for American companies, not European ones, and (for tax purposes,) Apple is an Irish company now, isn't it?
Wouldn't change the business and cultural restrictions in Iran either way. I wouldn't expect the flood gates to open on Apple's part immediately. Doing business in Iran will be a risky proposition.
