For info you are talking to fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email addresses from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
That is the only message that you are getting, 'can't connect to iTunes Store' ? If it is then what have you tried to see if it fixes it e.g.
- logging out and back into your account on the device
- disconnecting and reconnecting to your network
- closing the game via the device's taskbar and re-opening it
- soft-reset of the device ?
If you are also getting a message to contact iTunes Support :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
