Hi,
so something very disappointing has happened to my iphone 5c. With no warning, faint coloured bars appeared all over my screen. These colours then intensified into much deeper coloured lines in purple and reds Ect. I can tell that the screen is still responsive as I can hear the phone unlocking when I swipe across. Can someone please help I'm so annoyed as the phone is only a few months old.

Hi! Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

If these steps don't work, contact Apple and ask for help. You can also visit your local Genius Bar. This may be a hardware issue.

BTW, you phone should still be under warranty, so asking Apple to resolve this issue (if it's a hardware one) is the best option.
My iphone 5c screen has bars of colour across it! Help!
