why am i recieving Ipod touch 5th gen 32gb copy errors

i have a total of 3506 songs on my itunes..

only 3505 copied on to the ipod and cant locate missing track

i am also having a problem with songs not being copied to the ipod becuase that cant be converted ? im not sure what that means

i got a series of 5 errors from 5 different songs.. all saying that cant be converted

please assist.
