i lost my itouch in a cab. i want to find it but it is not yet online so i cant track it. but at least i wanna retrieve my photos and videos. please help me. i dont know what to do. please please.
If your photos was not backup on iCloud or locally on computer, then there's nothing you can do.
If you didn't disable iCloud, you should have a backup of it. If you purchase a new iPod, when you boot it up select "Restore from iCloud Backup". And there should be an option "Restore from (your name)'s iPod Touch". And then it will load all you photos, apps, etc onto your new iPod. The magic of iCloud is amazing..
Have you tried contacting the cab company to see if it has been placed in their Lost Property Office, waiting for you to claim it?
