I Use "iCloud photo library Beta" to upload photos and videos to free up my phone space, but for a month is not uploading anything, I purchased 200 gig of space for that from Apple.
i Am running iOS 8.1 and used to work fine.
i Wonder if any one can help.

Have you tried turning iCloud Photo Library off and then on again. You may want to back up photos before you do this and restart the device before turning iCloud Photo Library back on.

Thanks I'll try that, I thought upgrading to latest version would solve this proble too.
