Impossible to delete my mails

I reconfigured my internet account because suddenly I couldn't messages. But now I am unable to delete the received messages. Every time I try, I get an error message : Unable to move the message to the box " (null) " . Does it make sense to anyone

Back up all data. Rebuild the mailbox. Try again to delete the message. If there's no change, and if the account in question is on an IMAP or Exchange server, see below.

From the Mail menu bar, select

Mail ▹ Preferences... ▹ Accounts

Select the accounts in the list on the left, then open the Mailbox Behaviors tab, Uncheck the box marked

Store deleted messages on the server

Save the change when prompted.
