I use the latest iTunes Update on my Windows 8.1 notebook.
Can I install the new Windows 10 Upgrade without problems? Or I must uninstall iTunes before?

To be honest, I'm not that good at Windows. I think if you install iTunes and then update your computer, the app will remain. I'm not sure, though.

I have one system that I updated from Win8.1 Pro (64-bit) to Win10 Pro - no issues with iTunes remaining functional after the OS upgrade. However, before you start the Windows update, you should:
Backup the iTunes library is clear.
Did you De-authorize your Apple ID?
I not heard about these problems. Well, anybody can not use iTunes with the iPhone (the problem is the USB-Driver...)
I didn't follow the de-authorize / re-authorize procedure since I'd been running Win10 previews on a test system and hadn't encountered any problems, plus the reports of authorization issues didn't start until after I'd updated three of the systems I run iTunes to Win10 RTM. I may just have been lucky 🙂, though I rarely have any of the reported issues with iTunes updates.
