How to create an interactive lamp in iBooks Author?

I would like to insert a lamp, something like the attached, into an iBook for children. When the child touches the lamp shade, I would like the light to turn on (i.e., the yellow-ish portion below the lamp shade to appear). Is it possible to create this functionality in iBooks Author? If yes, can you describe how to do it? Thank you

It's not possible directly in iBooks Author. This effect requires a custom HTML widget. You could build this fairly simple animation with Tumult's Hype or Adobe's Edge Animate. Obviously, it could be written as a custom program in HTML5/CSS/JS, but the other 2 tools are much easier to use than writing custom code.
