Is it possible to switch off the mobile phone only after unlocking? In normal procedure before unlocking the mobile itself directly we can switch off,this is making security/safety issue.
In future please introduce some procedure for the same.

How are you going to switch it off since you need the passcode.
Note: There's nothing can be done to stop thief from stealing.
All you've got is that your data is safe and secure, with Find My iPhone > ON, the Activation Lock will kicks in and the thief will not be able to use the device.
