I received an email yesterday telling me that my 20GB storage plan will be charged $10.99 on 10/1/15, but my payment info needs updating. Is this legit, and how do I update the payment info?
Possibly not, but hard to tell without more info.
DO NOT click on any links in the email. Better to get to the billing information from this page.
Click on this button at the upper right hand corner of this page
and select Account. In the next window click on this link:
and verify you billing information is correct. If you have problems in the future with the billing information go back to the same page and delete the information and re-enter it.
