LPX 10.2 no way to change a preset scale

LPX 10.2 there is no way to change a preset scale into a user scale in the Transposer midi effect.

Hitting a note lead to the chromatic scale instead of add or suppress the note to/from the current scale.

Is it me or the way to create user has changed?
