How do I change the command + scroll direction in Adobe CC?

Hi! I am using a Windows mouse, and in the new CC version of Adobe, my scroll direction when I hold command + scroll is now reversed. In CS6 it scrolled left/right and now in CC is right/left. I already turned off 'natural scroll' in preferences. The up/down direction changed back, but not the command + scroll direction. Help!
