Mainstage 3.2 Jump to Patch assignments deleted / not saving

So yea, after updating to 3.2 my jump to patch assignments for my foot pedal aren't there any more, I tried reprogramming them in and they still disappear after i save and reopen. Reverted back to 3.11 (also had to revert the concert file as the old version wouldn't open new files so I lost a buch of programming i'd done) and the problem disappeared. I'm assuming must be new version glitches. How do I report this so they can fix it? Can't seem to see a report / ticket feature here.
