Macbook wakes up on its own and became really hot.

So I put my macbook into sleep and I left it for like 7 hours. When I touch it again and I am surprised that the mac just get really hot. I was worrying that my computer has been in this heat for 7 hours. Then I quickly checked the computer but the power button is not seemed to be working. So I long pressed it to shut it down manually.

When I restarted it and I think that I should check the console to see the system log and here it is:

I put it to sleep at around 12:54 and find the problem at around 19:43.

Is it that the Mac is upgrading something? If so how can it take so long?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
