Does Apple ships to a courier?

Hello guys,

I'm from Venezuela and we don't have an Apple Storeso the only way to buy one is using a courier (like a PO BOX) to receive it in Miami and then sending it to Venezuela. I just read in the cashout that Apple doesn't use PO BOX because a US policy.
