How to see the text box space guides again?

I may be hallucinating, but I could've sworn Pages '09 used to have the option to show pop up Space Alignment measurements between multiple text boxes and images.

Maybe that's only in Keynote '09, which I use daily, and those space guides show up all the time.

I've checked all the boxes in the minimalist Preferences, but they're still not showing up.

Can someone tell me if they exist in Pages '09?
