Playlist custom artwork keeps getting removed

After I disconnected my iPhone from the computer, the artworks that I've chosen for all my playlists were suddenly removed. I added the artworks again and after I disconnected from my computer, they were all removed again. This didn't happen with my other devices. I'm using an iPhone 5s
