What happens when you try? What error message do you get? What troubleshooting have you done? Did you read this article: If you can't activate your iPhone - Apple Support

Error message says"Your Iphone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your iphone to iTunes to activate it,or try again in a couple of minutes.
is there some error message.
Fabrice, then do precisely that. Connect your phone to your computer, open iTunes and follow the prompts.
See if ur find my iphone is turned off,nd check the latest version of your itunes,if every thing is ok,it may be a hardware issue

Find My iPhone would have nothing to do with the error message the OP stated.

What does that have to do with the issue the OP posted?
It may be an hardware issue,visit to ur nearest service center.

Turn OFF iPhone
Connect lead to USB on your PC
Press & hold power button Don't let go on iPhone .
Connect lead to iPhone keep power button pressed down
Until PC sees iphone wait for restore .
You may need to do this a few times before it works.
