Unable to Reset back to Factory Settings

Good afternoon!


I was given an iPad 2 and when I went reset it, I was given a Restrictions Passcode box. The person who gave it to me provided two possible codes for this screen which neither of them work. He has tried to do the 'Find my iPad' to erase it remotely and that hasn't worked either. Is there any other work around for this?
