iI've tried downloading my photos to my laptop (hp) but it only shows 5 of 500+ pics. It shows a lot of windows files but not photos. I go into the right place, I've amended the tile type but no change. Is it a setting on my phone perhaps? Thank u.

I know that it can be frustrating if you are not able to import the photos to your computer. I am not sure what type of computer you have, but take a look at the article below to walk you through importing photos.
