How do I remove all this? I need to submit this document two days ago. I went to unbold something and my clear document suddenly has all these formatting artifacts I can not get rid of. Please help.
Jonathan, LexSchellings already gave you the answer - but remember that the "invisibles" also do not show up when printed. They are always present in the document. If you are ever faced with editing your own document or someone else's, it helps to turn on the invisibles so you can then see any tabs and paragraph or line returns. That can be a lifesaver when you are trying to align text or indent lines, etc.
The blue bullet points you are seeing are spaces, the arrows are tabs, and the backward paragraph symbols are returns.
Pages->Menu->View: (7-th from above) "hide invisibles".
Thank you so much!
The most easy things are the first to be overlooked....
Have a good day.
Lex
